Q:   HOW MUCH IS THE SCREENING FEE?

A:   $42.50/Person

Q:   DO YOU SCREEN MY APPLICATION AS SOON AS I SUBMIT IT?

A:   Yes.  We prefer to meet you and have a personal tour before you submit an application.

Q:   WHAT ARE YOUR SCREENING CRITERIA?

A:   The short answer is  we maintain a safe and quiet home environment at Olympia Village.  We seek residents who have respect for others and the maintenance of  the property. Your credit history and previous rental history should be good. No criminal history and have a list of good references. We understand life has ups and downs that often are out of your control, so just let us know if you have special considerations and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Q:   DO YOU TAKE PETS?

A:    We are pet friendly Property Managers and expect our residents to be excellent caretakers!

Q:   HOW MUCH IS THE SECURITY DEPOSIT?

A:   Security deposits vary, but in general they are equal to or slightly above 1 months rent.

Q:   DO YOU TAKE HOUSING VOUCHERS?

A:   Yes
